Sending your films to us from outside the UAE:

Step 1 – Fill out the order form.

Step 2 – Enclose the rolls inside the envelope together with the duly filled out form.

Step 3 – Send the parcel at the below address:

Step 4 – Send us a WhatsApp message with the tracking number.

Step 5 – Wait for our invoice and transfer the payment online.

Step 6 – Send us a proof of money transfer so that we can track the payment.

Step 7 – Upon payment clearance, you will receive a link via We Transfer to download your photos.

Step 8 – Advise us whether you want your negatives to be returned to you.

Step 9 – If you wish to receive your negatives back, we will issue another invoice for the courier charges.

Step 10 – Upon payment clearance, you will receive a tracking number for your parcel.

Step 11 – Let us know once you receive your negatives.
